INGREDIENTS:4 ½ lbs. feta cheese
20 roasted red bell peppers, diced
salt, garlic and cayenne pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:1. Whip feta until smooth.
2. Fold in peppers until well-blended. Season to taste.
3. Chill for 24 hours.
4.
