INGREDIENTS:1 cup margarine
8 oz. baking chocolate, cut up
3 cups sugar
8 eggs
1 cup Florida orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups pecan pieces (optional)
4 tsp. fresh Florida orange peel, grated
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
½ tsp. baking sodaDIRECTIONS:1. Grease a half size 2 inch deep hotel pan and set aside. In a saucepan, melt margarine and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes.

2. Add the sugar, eggs, thawed orange juice concentrate, orange peel, nuts and vanilla to the chocolate. Beat by hand until just combined.

3. Stir in flour and baking soda until combined. Spread the batter in prepared baking pan. Fill three quarters full; this will produce a chewy brownie.

4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes for a fudgy brownie. For a firmer brownie, bake 30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack.SERVINGS:64 servingsFrom:Recipe from the Florida Department of Citrus
