INGREDIENTS:8 1/3 pounds water-packed tuna, drained
3 cups reduced-fat mayonnaise
½ cup lemon juice
3 cups celery, diced finely
1 ½ cups onion, chopped finely
to taste, salt
1 ½ quarts well-drained diced
Pacific Northwest Canned PearsDIRECTIONS:Flake tuna into small pieces. Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery and onion into tuna until well mixed. Stir in salt to taste.
