Yield: 100 tator tots.

12 Idaho® Potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 lb. lump crabmeat

2 qt. panko bread crumbs, divided to taste, salt and pepper

Combine mashed potatoes, crab meat and 1 qt. breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly. Roll mixture into balls. Roll balls in remaining 1 qt. bread crumbs. Fry at 350°F until golden brown.
