INGREDIENTS:8 oz. Jennie-O Turkey Store™
Canadian-Style Turkey Ham
4 bagels
4 oz. baby Swiss or Swiss cheese
4 tsp. Dijon mustard or garlic mayonnaise
4 slices pineapple, grilled
8 lettuce leaves, such as red-tipped bibb
½ cup alfalfa sprouts, if desired DIRECTIONS:Cut bagels in half. Toast. Spread each bagel bottom with 1 tsp. mustard or mayonnaise. Arrange lettuce leaf on bagel half. Top with turkey, grilled pineapple slice, cheese and sprouts. Place additional lettuce leaf on sprouts; top with remaining bagel half spread with additional mustard or mayonnaise, if desired.
