INGREDIENTS:3 sheets pre-made puff pastry
½ cup good quality, canned, non-jelly guava paste
½ cup cream, for brushingDIRECTIONS:1. Roll out pastry sheets into thin squares. Cut each sheet with 2-inch round, scalloped-edged biscuit cutter.

2. In the center of each round, place 1 tsp. guava paste. Fold over pastry to form a half-moon shape. Press closed and brush with cream.

3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until lightly brown.

4. Sift powdered sugar over top, if desired.
