From: Mixologist Malachi Topping, The Thoroughbred Club at Belmond Charleston Place, Charleston, SC.

1 ½ oz. Woodford Reserve
1 oz. cherry brandy
¾ oz. simple syrup
2-3 griotte cherries
6 -8 mint leaves
as needed, club soda

Muddle mint and cherries with simple syrup. Add Woodford Reserve and brandy. Fill with crushed ice. Stir and top with soda. Garnish with a cherry and a mint sprig.
