INGREDIENTS:3 lbs. Tyson® Shaved Steak in Sauce, refrigerated
Smoky Cumin Mayonnaise:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Santa Fe chili, cumin and garlic seasoning blend, commercially prepared
½ tsp. chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, commercially prepared, pureed

12 bolillo rolls, partially sliced horizontally for sandwiches, warm
6 cups tri-color bell peppers and onions, fajita-cut, grilled
12 slices jalapeño pepper cheese DIRECTIONS:Portion steak in half pan; cover with foil and heat in preheated conventional oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Keep warm above 140°F. Combine mayonnaise ingredients in bowl and whisk to blend. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Stir to blend before serving.

To assemble single serving: Place 1 roll on flat surface, sliced sides up. Layer 1 slice cheese over right half of roll. Spread 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise over left half of roll.
