INGREDIENTS:2 Maple Leaf Farms Roast Half Ducklings
12 mini-croissants
12 sprigs watercress
12 slices mango, ¼ inch thick
9 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
6 slices red onion, very thinly sliced
to taste, sweet hot mustard DIRECTIONS:Remove duckling from bone and thinly slice. Spread a thin layer of mustard on croissant. Top each croissant with a half slice of onion, duck meat, one slice of mango, a sprig of watercress and goat cheese. Place top of croissant on sandwich and serve.

Note: Sandwiches may be served warm or cold. To serve warm, heat duckling as described on packaging (20 minutes at 350°F if thawed, 25 minutes at 450° if frozen).
