2 generous scoops of mint chip ice cream
¼ Fresh California Avocado
1 oz. light cream
1 ½ oz. chocolate
liqueur (optional)
2 ice cubes
as needed for garnish, whipped cream
as needed for garnish, avocado slice
Combine ice cream, avocado, light cream and chocolate liqueur in a blender. Add 2 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with whipped cream and an avocado slice.
Note: Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 oz. If using smaller or larger size avocados, adjust quantity accordingly.
