INGREDIENTS:3 cups cider or white vinegar
¾ cup tomato paste
1 ½ tsps. hot pepper sauce
1 ½ tsps. dried thyme
1 ½ tsps. dried oregano
¾ tsp. black pepper
2 qts. plus 1 cup honey (6 lbs., 12 oz.)DIRECTIONS:1. Blend ingredients together in a deep, heavy saucepan.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is well blended and just begins to boil.

3. Remove from heat. Use the glaze to baste grilled or baked meats, poultry or seafood.
