Yield: 6 servings.

12 oz. blackberries
1/4 cup flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. (12 g.) EqualÆ
1 egg
1 puff pastry sheet

Mix blackberries, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, brown sugar and EqualÆ. Cut pastry into six squares. Beat one egg and brush on edges of pastry squares. Divide blackberry mixture into center of pastry squares. Gather the pastry together by the corners and pinch together, forming a purse. Brush pastry with egg and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
