Avocado Sandwich Spreads

INGREDIENTS:Avocado-Horseradish Spread:
3 California avocados
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup prepared horseradish (or to taste)
½ tsp. salt

Avocado-Sweet Relish Spread:
3 California avocados
½ cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1/3 cup prepared sweet pickle relish DIRECTIONS:For Avocado-Horseradish Spread:
Roughly mash avocados. Stir in onion, lemon juice, prepared horseradish and salt. Chill 1 hour to marry flavors. Serve on roast beef and corned beef sandwiches, or alone on a bagel or with smoked salmon.

For Avocado-Sweet Relish Spread:
