INGREDIENTS:6 cloves garlic, chopped fine
½ Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 cups whipping cream
1 ½ tsps. orange zest, finely chopped
2 Tbsps. lime juice
2 Tbsps. lemon juice
1 lb. ripe avocados, peeled , puréedDIRECTIONS:1. Sauté garlic in ½ Tbsp. butter until soft but not colored, about 2 minutes.

2. Stir in cream; heat, stirring frequently.

3. Stir in orange zest, juices, avocado and 1 tsp. salt. Reserve.
