INGREDIENTS:¼ cuppeanut or corn oil
2 lbs.flank steak, sliced in ½-in. x 2-in. strips
6 Tbsps.soy sauce
2 Tbsps.cornstarch
¼ cupmolasses
2 clovesgarlic, minced
2 Tbsps.fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp.red pepper flakes
1 tsp.salt
½ tsp.pepper
2 packagesinstant, beef-flavored Asian style noodles (two 3 oz. packages)
1 lb.bok choy, shredded
2 cupssugar snap peas
10 stalksgreen onions, cut in 1-in. pieces
2 cupsbean sprouts
2 cupsSzechwan-flavored almond sliversDIRECTIONS:1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef and quickly stir fry until browned.

2. Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, molasses, garlic, ginger and spices, mixing well. Pour over meat and simmer to cook beef. Remove beef from skillet and reserve, leaving liquid in skillet.

3. Add 3/4 cup water to liquid in skillet. Sprinkle both soup seasoning packets from Asian noodles into skillet, reserving dry noodles. Stir to dissolve seasoning.

4. Add bok choy, peas, onions and sprouts to skillet. Sauté until vegetables are crisp-tender.

5. Add reserved beef back into skillet and sprinkle with almonds. Heat through.
