You have to ask yourself at Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck: Is it his food that is making you weak at the knees or are you falling in love with your beautiful dinner date? Maybe both, or maybe it’s because Wolfie’s circular, 150-seat fine dining restaurant atop the landmark Reunion Tower in Dallas is rotating. In any case, the much-anticipated restaurant of Puck’s offers a magnificent 360-degree view of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Heading the kitchen is Executive Chef Sara Johannes, who has created an array of other Asian specialties, including tiny dumplings with pork belly, and lacquered Chinese duckling with lo-mein noodles. Also featured are several Puck signature dishes, including the Chinois chicken salad, and spicy tuna tartar in sesame-miso cones. The menu is served in the sexy dining room or at one of two stylish bars, one that rotates and one that does not. Go easy on the martinis.
