John Hufferd to aid growth of Central Florida coffee chain
John Hufferd has been named chief operating officer of the Orlando, Fla.-based Foxtail Coffee Co., the company announced Monday.
Hufferd, who joined the brand in early June, spent the past nine years growing the 4 Rivers concept, which has 14 units in Florida and Georgia. Before that, he spent nearly a decade with Hillstone Restaurant Group.
“We have long admired the success story of 4 Rivers and Huff’s work there,” said Alex Tchekmeian, Foxtail’s co-founder. “As we continue to grow, we recognize the value of a strong operational leader, and we look forward to where he is going to help take the Foxtail brand.”
Foxtail, which lists 11 locations on its website, is a coffee shop/roasting facility and café.
