Behind the scenes at the 2015 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen

The 2015 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is a spectacular celebration of all that is good in the culinary world. It featured dozens of events around the city and drew some of America’s biggest culinary stars. In addition to cooking demonstrations, there were wine tastings, parties galore and several trade panels exploring the business of running restaurants. Here’s a peek at some of the action.
