The Restaurant Hospitality Best Cocktail contest will feature both on-premise and to-go beverages
September 14, 2020
Bars may be closed or have restricted hours as a result of the pandemic, but Americans need a drink now more than ever.
With new laws allowing the sale of alcohol for takeout or delivery, those in the cocktail world have stepped up to rise to the challenge.
Here’s your chance to show off those innovations. This year, the November/December issue of Restaurant Hospitality will put the spotlight on America’s Best Cocktails for a pandemic.
Whether enjoyed on premises, or to-go, we’re calling on restaurant operators, bar managers and mixologists to submit your most-winning creation for this year’s contest. There are no categories by liquor, and non-alcohol mocktails are welcome too.
Submissions require a high-resolution photo, which can include either the presentation at the table, or inventive to-go packaging. Let us know what’s working and what brings consumers back for more.
The deadline for submissions is Oct. 7. Click here to enter your best cocktail and image.
