Key Ingredients: Bourbon infused with duck fat, Carpano Antica, Luxardo, a mist of Ardbeg Single Malt Scotch and a house-made bourbon/Luxardo-soaked cherry

What the Judges Said: “We’re of the thought that the classic Manhattan is pretty perfect as is. However, Jeffries has done a fat wash with his version, and the duck essence brings an amazing dimension to this drink. Add to that a whiff of smoke from the Ardbeg, and you’ve got yourself a delightfully complex cocktail. It made us wish we had some duck tacos to scarf down with this bad boy.”
