What the Judges Said: “It was an interesting decision to use the Casamigos, a tequila that actor George Clooney is apparently behind. As far as we’re concerned, this reposado doesn’t have the character of others on the market, but as an ingredient in a cocktail, it’s fine and dandy. Puzzutillo’s use of beet horseradish is off the hook and had us asking why we never thought about doing the same. It offers a nice balance to the honey and apricot. We’ll never be People’s Sexiest Man alive, but this cocktail sure helps ease the pain.”
