Age: 39 Why she's rising: She was named C.O.O. for the AFC brand last year, and is lauded throughout that corporation and industry organizations as a leader and mentor. Timm-Brock is AFC's fourth female executive officer. She is also a recipient of the Corporate Pacesetter Award by the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice and developed the five-year plan for the Women's Foodservice Forum. Background: Prior to joining AFC, Timm-Brock held two vice presidential posts with Darden's Olive Garden. Before that, she developed global programs for Pizza Hut and worked for Pillsbury in product processes and new business development.
