Ash has moved from his background in fine arts to the world of fine food and wine in his restaurant and catering business.  This Sonoma County restaurant is an outlet for Ash's artistry; additionally, his series of "meet the winemaker" dinners serves to promote California wines in combination with compatible foods.  In August the restaurant will relocate to the Vintners Inn complex, also in Santa Rosa, and John Ash will drop his catering services to concentrate on the restaurant operation.
