1 Snickers® Bar
1 lumpia wrapper, thawed
2 #16 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ fresh banana, peeled, split in half crosswise
2 dollops whipped cream
2 maraschino cherries, with stems
1 oz. chocolate sauce
1 oz. caramel sauce
Wrap room-temperature Snickers Bar in lumpia wrapper, in the style of rolling a tortilla. Dab the final fold/flap with small amount of water to help seal wrapper. Fry wrapped candy bar, seam side down, in a 350°F fryer for 1 minute. Allow to drain for 10 seconds. Reserve hot.
Place ice cream in center of sundae dish. Top with hot fried Snickers Bar. Plaace slice of banana on each side of ice cream. Pipe whipped cream beside each banana slice. top each dollop with a cherry. Drizzle entire sundae with both sauces. Serve immediately.
