Nocturnal Mule

From: Lantao Kitchen + Cocktails, Miami Beach, FL. Yield: 1 serving.

2 oz. soju (Korean distilled spirit)
11⁄2 oz. pomegranate juice
1 oz. Vita Coco Pure (fresh coconut water)
1⁄2 oz. lychee juice
1⁄2 oz. lemon juice
as needed for garnish, mint leaf

Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.
