Yield: 2 servings, 16 oz. each. 3 cups vanilla ice cream ½ to ¾ cups cream or half & half 12 large marshmallows, burned until charred and black on all sides Blend ice cream and marshmallows in a blender until smooth. Add ½ cup of cream. Cover and continue to blend. Add more liquid for consistency. Garnish with burned marshmallows if desired.
