2 oz. sesame oil
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 oz. soy sauce
½ grated white onion
½ oz. balsamic vinegar
as needed, mixed greens
as needed, thinly sliced tomato
Mix all ingredients and toss with mixed greens and tomato slices.
