24 each slices of sourdough bread
¾ cup mayonnaise
24 slices of cheddar, ½ oz. each
48 slices of crisp warm bacon
36 slices of tomato
4½ cups shredded iceberg
6 each large ripe Fresh Hass Avocados, cut into halves, sliced lengthwise*
12 eggs cooked to order
*A large avocado weights about 8 oz. as purchased.
Per order for each sandwich: Toast sourdough bread, set one piece per sandwich aside for garnish. Spread remaining piece with 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise.
Top with remaining ingredients in this order: 2 slices Cheddar cheese, 4 slices warm bacon, 3 slices tomato, 3/8 cups shredded lettuce, ½ sliced fresh Hass avocado, 1 fully cooked egg.
Garnish with remaining slice of toasted bread, cut in half.
