Sea Watch IQF Chopped Sea Clams Garlic, minced Green Onions, chopped Olive Oil Tiny Red Asian Chili Peppers, stemmed and finely chopped (adjust to sensitivity) Fresh Basil Leaves, finely chopped Lite Soy Sauce Corn Starch, dissolved in one tbsp of cold water
Saute garlic and onions in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes, add peppers and cook for another minute.
Add clam meat and stir-fry until clams are cooked.
Add basil, soy sauce and starch. Let sauce thicken and serve over rice or wide noodles.
