PERFECT L’ATTITUDES™ Cuban Mojo Slow Roasted Turkey*
limes, juiced
saffron rice
red pepper, finely diced
black beans, drained and rinsed
fried plantains, frozen or fresh
Green onions, as garnish
Cilantro, as garnish



Method

1. Heat turkey according to manufacturer’s directions.
2. Squeeze lime over turkey; toss gently.
3. Pan sear turkey in a sauté pan over medium high heat until lightly browned.
4. Prepare rice and add red pepper.
5. Heat beans thoroughly.
6. Place turkey, rice and beans on plate, or in cornhusks for a dramatic presentation.
7. Garnish with fried plantains.
