Chicken Strips
Flatbread
Extra virgin olive oil
Basil pesto
Romano cheese (shredded)
Baby spinach
Gorgonzola crumble
Caramelized onion (julienne)
Pear (slices)
Mozzarella (fresh)
Method:
Brush the flat bread with olive oil, then pesto and top with shredded Romano.
Next layer spinach, Bold Italiano
™
Chicken Strips and caramelized onion.
Arrange pear and mozzarella neatly. Top with Gorgonzola.
Bake in 450 degree oven until golden brown.
