This 44,000-square-foot food hall boasts a “convenient ordering system so you don’t always have to stand in line like cattle.”
Current restaurants include The Poke Stand, The Fry Fix, Thai Style, Sizzlin Steer, Mesteeso, Notorious Sliders and Salads, Lobster West, Friend’s House, El Puerto, District 1 Pho, Doughballs, Cross Street Chicken and Beer, Bread & Cheese Eatery and Bing Haus.

Set to open in early 2020, this New England-centric food hall will open in a historic building from the late 19th Century and span 20,000-square-feet.
So far, several vendors have been announced. They include Bad Doughnut, Gorgeous Gelato, Gracenote Coffee, Hum’Oveh, Mike & Patty’s, Newburyport Brewing, Daiquiris & Daisies, Dive Bar, The Farmacy Café, Fuji at High Street Place, Haley Jane’s, Mother Juice, Noodle BOS, Northeast of the Border, Pennypacker’s, Tenderoni’s and Wheelhouse.
Location: Nashville
Scheduled to open in late 2020, this 100,000-square-foot European-style food hall will have more than 24 food concepts with entertainment venues, a rooftop and a full-service wine-focused restaurant.
Already announced restaurant partnerships include Thai Esane, Steam Boys, Smokin Chikin Rotisserie & Grill, The Liege Waffle Co., Prince’s Hot Chicken, The Pharmacy Burger, Edley’s Bar-B-Que, Hattie Jane’s Creamery, Desano Pizzeria and NoBaked Cookie Dough.

After Hudson Yards transformed a corner of Manhattan previously ignored, developers have been trying to turn the neighborhood into a dining destination dubbed Manhattan West. Located across the street from Hudson Yards, Citizens is slated to be a 40,000-square-foot complex to rival Hudson Yards for the dining customer.
Citizens is set to open in October 2020.
Currently announced restaurants include a concept from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and Josh Cohen is set to open a restaurant, bar and theater venue called Elemental in 2021. And the newly created C3, tied to hotel and restaurant operator SBE Entertainment Group, is planning a curated collection of brands for the food hall which will be “powered” by a ghost kitchen.
Location: Seattle
The second location of China Live will have a captive audience at Amazon’s headquarters. Set to open in 2021, this 13,000-square-foot food hall will seat 300. There will be Chinese charcuterie, open kitchens and slow-cook clay pot stations, but specific concepts have not yet been revealed.
