  1. Two things you don't know about me is that I like speed metal and can hold my breath underwater for a good amount of time.

  2. If I could trade places with one chef it would be Gordon Ramsay (for a day or so). Then I could just scream at everyone and get out any aggression I may have. Good therapy!

  3. One of my most memorable meals was at the home of Michael Seresin (of Seresin Winery) on Waterfall Bay on the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand. Great food, wine, company and the scenery was simply breathtaking.

  4. If there were no grapes, I'd have no reason to live.

  5. My go-to drink is iced coffee during the day and sake at night.

  6. If I were on death row my last meal would be an obscenely large Kobe ribeye steak with fries and an old Burgundy. Oh, and a little bit of my mom's tuna fish casserole from my childhood.

  7. My worst culinary creation was a peanut butter and Comet cleanser sandwich. I was a kid and my mom found me before I could eat it.

  8. If I could change one thing about me it would be to have a better memory. I never can remember half of the food that I have done in the past.

  9. My favorite junk food is crinkle-cut fries and mayonnaise.

  10. If I wasn't a restaurant operator, I'd love to be a space traveler.
