Washington, D.C.-based chef Spike Mendelsohn held his annual pool party at the recent South Beach Food & Wine Festival. More than a dozen of the country’s top chefs competed in a variety of pool games, including raft relay races. The event was sponsored by Tervis Wine Glass.
