Tri-Color Pumpkin Soup

Yield: 4 servings.

4 cups water
3 oz. ground turkey
9 oz. pumpkin filling
2 1/2 oz. green peas
3 oz. carrot, diced
2 1/2 oz. canned corn, drained

MARINADE:
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

SEASONING MIX:
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chicken
Bouillon Powder
to taste, pepper powder

Mix ground turkey with marinade for 5 minutes. Boil water, then add all ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes, until done. Stir in seasoning mix and cook until done.
