Tuna Spinach Salad

Yield: 16 servings.

2 lbs. pre-washed, fresh trimmed spinach leaves (approximately 48 cups)
1 43-oz. pouch Chicken of the Sea® Premium Albacore Tuna
2 medium onions, thinly sliced into wedges or rings
4 cups crumbled blue cheese
2 cups candied pecans
as needed, balsamic vinaigrette or cream-based dressing

For each serving, place 3 cups fresh spinach on plate. Gently flake 1/2 cup Chicken of the Sea® Premium Albacore Tuna over spinach. Top with 1/4 cup each of onions and crumbled blue cheese. Sprinkle salad with 2 Tbsp. candied pecans. Serve with dressing.
