Sweet and Spicy Smoked Fish Dip

Yield: 6-8 servings.
2 lb. smoked fish
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Tabasco® brand Sweet & Spicy Pepper Sauce
1 oz. onion, minced
¼ tsp. garlic, minced
to taste, salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve with cocktail sauce and crackers.
