3 lb. Certified Angus Beef® top
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. blackening spice
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and shredded
1 pear, unpeeled, cored, shredded
1 apple, unpeeled, cored and shredded
2 Tbsp. apple juice
4 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese
2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
to taste, freshly ground pepper
8 8-inch flour tortillas
Preheat grill to medium-high. Season top sirloin with salt and blackening spice. Grill to medium rare or desired doneness. Remove from heat and slice thin.
Combine sweet potato, pear, apple, juice, mascarpone and mayonnaise in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Place steak and slaw in tortilla and wrap. Serve.
