Yield: 24 servings.

1/3 cup Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce
1/3 cup rice wine
1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
1 1/2 oz. minced garlic
1 1/2 oz. minced ginger
3/4 tsp. five-spice powder
6 lb. pork tenderloins

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except pork. Add pork and turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours or up to as long as 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade, reserving excess. Roast pork in 400°F oven for 30 minutes or until cooked, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Cool; cut into thin slices.
