Peanut Butter Barbecue Sauce
Yield: Approximately 3 cups.
1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
3-4
garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup
creamy peanut butter
1/3
cup strong coffee
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Place mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. (Use with poultry, pork, fish or fruit).
