2 avocados
1 tomato
½ mango or Brazilian purple mango, chopped
⅓ cup purple onion
1 jalapeño chile
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 limes
1 bunch cilantro
Peel the avocados and mash with a back of a spoon in a large mixing bowl. Smoke the chopped mango with apple or cherry wood, then fold into avocados along with remaining ingredients.
