43 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Albacore Tuna Pouch
2 cups mayonnaise
¼ cup Jamaican jerk spice
1½ cups fine diced onions
1 cup small diced sweet red peppers
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
In a bowl, gently flake and fold in Chicken of the Sea® Albacore White Tuna. Mix until all ingredients are blended. Chill until ready to serve.
Serving suggestion: Serve on a bed of lettuce or wrapped in a warm tortilla, pita, or focaccia bread.
