2 Tbsp. Minor's Honey-Citrus Pepper Sauce
1 (6- to 8-oz.) scoop Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla ice cream
Nestlé® cocoa powder or chocolate curls
for garnish, toasted coconut
for garnish, pineapple leaf
Coat pineapple rings with sauce; grill until marks form. Cut into bite-size chunks; place in bottom of serving dish. Place ice cream on top of pineapple. Dust with cocoa and coconut; garnish with pineapple leaf.
