On a bun, roll or croissant •Dressed up with lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, and Chef’s Gourmet Tartar Sauce 4T Capers, small 2cups Mayonnaise 4T Green olives, stuffed 2T Lemon juice, fresh 4T Maui onions, minced 1t Caper juice from jar 1t Dill weed, fresh, minced 1/4t Black pepper, fresh ground 1T Parsley, fresh, minced 2T Sweet pickle relish Chop capers and olives in food processor. Combine all ingredients. Stir in pickle relish.
