2 slices (1⁄2” thick) sourdough bread
4 tsp. prepared mango chutney
2 slices Wisconsin Horseradish Cheddar* cheese
2 Jones Dairy Farm Fresh &
Tender ham slices, or Jones Country Carved deli thin slices
6 baby spinach leaves, washed and patted dry
4 thin slices sweet red apple (such as Braeburn, Gala, Fuji or Red Delicious)
1 tsp. butter, melted
Spread bread slices with mango chutney. Top 1 slice bread with 1 slice Horseradish Cheddar cheese, ham, spinach, apple and second slices of cheese and bread. Heat sandwich press or nonstick skillet. Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with butter; cook about 7 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese begins to melt. if using a nonstick skillet, cook over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side, pressing down on bread with spatula while cooking.
*If Horseradish Cheddar is unavailable, substitute regular Cheddar, use horseradish mustard, and omit the mango chutney.
