1 La Brea Bakery Telera Sandwich Roll
1½ Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 oz. sliced ham
4 oz. roasted pulled pork
2 slices Swiss Cheese
1 medium-size dill pickle, sliced lengthwise into 4 slices
Slice the Telera Roll in half. Spread ¾ Tbsp. yellow mustard on the interior side of each half. Layer sliced ham evenly over mustard on bottom half of roll. Place roasted pulled pork on top of the sliced ham. Layer the slices of cheese evenly over the pulled pork. Then layer pickle slices over the cheese. Place top half of roll onto the sandwich and press down lightly to compress the filling. Lightly butter the outer sides (top and bottom) of Telera Roll, and place the sandwich in a heated sandwich (panini) press. Grill until cheese has melted or desired color and doneness are achieved.
