| 1 – 15oz can of Sea Watch Whole Ocean Clams ½ - lb of dry linguine ½ - cup fresh chopped parsley 2 – cloves of fresh minced garlic ¼ - cup of extra virgin olive oil 1 – Tbsp of unsalted butter
| Remove the Sea Watch Whole Ocean Clams from the can and set aside. Pour the clam juice into a small sauce pan or skillet. Over high heat, reduce the juice volume by one third. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic, parsley, and olive oil and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add butter and Sea Watch Whole Ocean Clams and let simmer for 5 minutes. Cook linguine in a separate pot according to instructions. Drain pasta and place on a large platter, pour clam sauce over pasta and serve with a hard crusted bread.
