Divide each roll in half. Line muffin pan with cupcake holders. Lightly spray cupcake holders with spray shortening. In a medium size bowl, combine pepperoni and cheese. Place sauce in small bowl. Dip each piece of dough in sauce and then roll in cheese and pepperoni mixture. Place 3 coated dough pieces in each muffin cavity. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to cool.
