Method
Heat turkey according to manufacturer’s directions.
Heat oil; add turkey; cook until golden brown.
Add coconut milk, curry paste, chili peppers and sweet chili sauce. Let simmer for 2 minutes and add green onion; top with fresh basil and chopped peanuts.
Serve with mixed julienned vegetables and basmati rice.
