Yields: 4 ½ cups
Chicken meat, cooked and chopped into 1/2” cubes
Green onions, thinly sliced
California seedless grapes, separated and rinsed
In mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined. Toss dressing with salad ingredients to combine.
Serving suggestions: Fill a tortilla with shredded Napa cabbage, julienne carrots and this chicken salad for an Asian wrap or create a satisfying entrée salad by serving on a bed of greens.
